Intellectual Outputs
The STRENGTh project will foresee the development of 5 Intellectual Outputs:
IO1 Toolkit of methods for developing/ enhancing/ improving Social Intelligence skills of Career Guidance Practitioners. The first intellectual output is a report on the existing methods for developing/ enhancing/ improving Socio-emotional skills.

IO2 Handbook on training needs of Career Guidance Practitioners on Socio- emotional Skills. The second intellectual output is a report on the training needs of career counsellors in relation to Socio-emotional skills.
IO2 Social-Emotional Competences: Training Needs of Career Practitioners [pdf] >>>
IO3 Social Intelligence Skills Training Program for Career Guidance Practitioners. The partnership will produce a training program including several learning strategies, training material and exercises for improving the most important Social Intelligence Skills (at least 4), as they will come up after need analysis of IO2.

IO4 Online platform and (tool) kit for career counsellors, guidance practitioners. A specialized online platform will be developed. The platform will be created in a way that will make it possible to use it with a variety of different devices, such as PC’s, laptops and tablets. The platform will function in all the partner’s languages plus English. IO5 Self-evaluation Guide for Improvement. The self-evaluation Guide for Improvement will be a methodological guide to facilitate the self-evaluation and future personal as well as professional development of guidance practitioners. This will be a practical, “how-to-do” guide for guidance practitioners so that they can implement a self-evaluation methodology relating to Social Intelligence Skills as well as other emerging skills that are needed in order to maintain their efficacy and potential in their everyday counselling and guidance practice.

Target group
The main target group of the project is career counsellors and career guidance practitioners working in the fields of education, training and employment, both in public or private sector.
These guidance professionals will be the direct beneficiaries of the project, as they will be supported in gaining new competences and social intelligence skills, enabling them to provide more effective and quality career guidance services to their clients.
The participants of the project are mainly guidance practitioners and their supervisors (700 persons) and other 200 experts and stakeholders in Career Guidance.
Approximately 900 people will be involved directly and 4.000 indirectly in the STRENGTh project activities.
